It can also be useful for Grade 10 students who wish to focus their subject choices towards a career they may be suited to. Moreover, it can be useful for adults who wish to change career paths. The aim of a vocational assessment is to assist a person to obtain information about suitable employment based upon the results of the assessment. This assessment acknowledges the individual’s functional work capacity and identifies transferable skills, ability levels and interests.

The assessment includes a detailed comprehensive report, outlining the individual’s vocational options, retraining needs and labour market research where required.
