Covid-19 Psychology Services
From Monday 30 March to 30 September 2020 all Australians eligible to receive services under Medicare will be able to access to psychological services delivered via telehealth (i.e., videoconference or phone).
How to Refer to Telehealth Psychology Services
At P&L Psychology we appreciate that the health and wellbeing of our clients remain a priority at all times. That’s why we are utilising new ways of working so we can stay connected with you and your
patients.
As our office is NOT currently manned at the present time all referrals can be emailed directly to: manager@plpsychology.com.au
How do I connect to Telehealth Psychology Services?
At P&L Psychology we can connect and deliver Telehealth via Zoom video conferencing as per guidance of the Australian Psychological Society and Australian Government.
This service applies to clients referred under the Better Access Scheme.
The great news is that anyone with a smart device can use Zoom for free.
To join a session using Zoom, you will need to do the following:
- Create your own Zoom account. You can do this on your smart phone, iPad (via the App store) or PC.

- Once have created your account, you can join a video conference by clicking on a link sent to you (via text or email) from P&L Psychology, inviting you to a Zoom video meeting.
