P&L Psychology only employs registered psychologists who are able to provide high quality evidence based treatment and support for children, adults and families. Our Psychologist’s therapeutic approaches include the provision of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Play based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy, Clinical Hypnosis and Motivational Interviewing.
